Segway City is my oldest concept. It ran as a volunteer program on KUT in 1977. It was a TV show on ACTV, the Texas Music Network, Willie Nelson's Outlaw Music Channel, and again on ACTV during the 80s and 90s. For the past two and a half years Segway City has been the Saturday night all night show. It's basically Phil Music after midnight, a broad based freeform show that leans toward Texas music, songwriters, and a bit of comedy presented in hour long stream of conscious thematic sets.
